3.Purchase for Personal Use Only

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order,
you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale.
We reserve the right to refuse orders without explanation.

4.Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10
business days for delivery. Shipping fees are calculated as flat-rate per country and may
include additional fees calculated on a per item basis and determined by order weight.
Products may include an additional handling fees.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are
responsible for paying additional shipping and hanling fees to have the order re-shipped.
All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims
made with the shipping carrier.

5.Sales Tax

Taxes can be applied in your country and can vary by country. Enquire your area for
additional tax informations.

6.Tracking Your Order

A delivery / order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been
verified. With this confirmation you will find an order number. (and tracking number if applies)
If you have any questions about the delivery of your purchase or need help tracking it,
please contact at contact@aitodaita.com quoting your order number.

7.Availability

Our sites are provided on an "as is" basis. At times, sites may not be available or may be
affected by faults or maintenance work, or by circumstances outside our control.
No warranty is given about the quality, functionality, availability or performance of our
sites or any content on the sites. We reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw
content from our sites, to suspend your registration or access to our sites, or to discontinue
any site or site feature at any time without notice. You are responsible for your Internet
Service Provider fees and any other related to your use of our sites.

or do anything that may impair functionality or interfere with another person's access to our

or wich includes activities or statements wich are discriminatory, offensive, obscene or
defamatory or wich may cause offence to others on grounds of nationality, ethnicity, gender,
sexuality, religion, faith or disability. You should not use the community areas for any
commercial purpose.

You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully tranferable right
to use, copy, modify, publish and display any content which you post or upload on our sites,
and to incorporate it in other works. You waive any moral rights which you may have
in this content.

You understand that we do not monitor all user-generated content on our sites and we are
under no obligation to do so. However, we reserve the right to monitor all such content and,
without notice, to edit, delete or remove any content which we deem to be inappropriate.
The views expressed in the community areas are those of members of the public and are
not those of AITODAITA, our affiliated companies, licensors or partners. If you believe
that any content breaches these Terms of Use, please report to us contact@aitodaita.com,
or use the Alert button (if available), with details of the breach, the username of the person
responsible and the area of the site where it happened.

9.Responsibility

A lot of our products like T-shirts and other garments or goods are handmade and may
present a variation in design. Each product is carefully checked before shipment.
The photographs and texts cannot be taken for granted. Accordingly, AITODAITA can not
be held responsible for any error in one of these photographs or one of these texts.
AITODAITA can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or
unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and
transport and / or communications, flood, fire.

AITODAITA can not be liable for any damages resulting of this, business interruption, loss
of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or expenses.

Our product may be not be available or illegal in some countries.(morally, culture,
iconography,...) In those cases the customers are solely responsible.

10.Return Policy

Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds/credit or exchange. All sales are final. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase you have selected the correct size, the color of your items and carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping adress, e-mail and telephone number.

11.Links to other sites

We have not approved or checked any third party sites linked to our sites and we are not
responsible or liable in any way for their content. You use of third party sites will be subject
to the terms and conditions of those sites.

12.Privacy Policy

AITODAITA respects its customer's information as private and confidential information and
will never share it with outside companies or individuals. Your information are secured and
encrypted. The private information that you provide is for use to better serve you so that
your business with AITODAITA is safe and satisfactory.

However, when you visit our sites or AITODAITA from partner sites AITODAITA and
identified as such or a third party services that AITODAITA is using, your information may
exceptionally be provided to third parties. In those cases AITODAITA Ltd and AITODAITA
websites cannot be considered responsible.

If with all cares taken a loss still happens you agree that AITODAITA and its websites and
its employees are not responsible.

You agree to indemnify and hold the AITODAITA company and his websites, and its
employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses,
costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against AITODAITA

companies and/or licensors exclude al liability for any loss or damage suffered by you or any
third party whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential and howsoever arising from
your use of access to, or inability to use or access a site, including any loss of data or damage
caused by downloading content from our sites.

You may have rights as a consumer which are not affected by these Terms of Use.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
